A licensed builder for industrial and commercial buildings
Builtwise is the industrial and commercial construction brand of Builtwise Group Pty Ltd, a Queensland company that also trades as Lockyer Sheds. It designs and builds warehouses, distribution and cold storage facilities, workshops, manufacturing and industrial/office buildings from offices at Capalaba in Brisbane and Crowley Vale in the Lockyer Valley.
How we work
Industrial buildings earn their keep through the work they support: trucks turned around quickly, stock stored at the right height, machines with the power and floor they need, people with a decent place to work. We design from that brief, then resolve the structure, approvals and cost together, so the building you approve is the building that gets built.
As a design-and-construct builder we manage the design, engineering, development and building approvals, and construction under one contract. Our in-house work covers design, council approvals, construction and concrete; engineers, private building certifiers and licensed specialist trades are engaged for each project.

Builtwise Group Pty Ltd is the company behind Lockyer Sheds, a steel-buildings business with its head office at Crowley Vale near Gatton.
